Using V-Shield leak-free piping, it prevents pressure drops and fluid leaks while holding compressed air header pressure within ±0.1 bar across heavy-duty assembly lines.
Continuous motor vibration can cause conventional threaded pipe connections to weep lubricant, leading to cabinet oil accumulation and line pressure drop. The Remotely Manageable RM Screw Air Compressor V-Shield technology replaces threads with flat-face O-ring flange couplings fitted with Viton gaskets.
Servicing personnel can disconnect and reconnect fluid lines without deforming flange faces or damaging threads.
O-ring seats remain fluid-tight under maximum 13 bar working pressures and high vibration.
Three-stage separation elements keep residual oil under 3–5 ppm, protecting downstream valves and cylinders.
